Appalachian Alliance News Letter
November 15th, 2021
*The Collect: Almighty God, who raised up your servant Herman to be a light in the world, and to preach the Gospel to the people of Alaska: Illuminate our hearts, that we also in our own generation may show forth your praise, who called us out of darkness and into your marvelous light; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
*Advent Meditations
Advent meditations will be offered every Tuesday in Advent using music, art, and story to help us slow down, center ourselves, and prepare for the coming of the Christ child. These meditations will be offered online from 7:30-8:00 p.m. on Nov. 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14, and Dec. 21.
