Parish Audit Reports Due 8/31
A gentle reminder that audit reports for all parishes are due August 31 per the canonical deadline. Please submit these reports to Mary Alice Mouk at admin@dioswva.org. Or, snail mail to Episcopal Diocese of SWVA, Attn: Mary Alice Mouk, PO Box 2279, Roanoke, VA 24009.

Sharon White's Celebration
Canon Pattie Ames and Canon Jenni Faires attended a celebration for Sharon White on Sunday, Aug. 21 where she was honored for her many years of service and ministry at Grace, Lexington.
Over the years, Sharon has served in many leadership roles at Grace and in the Diocese including (but not limited to): Augusta Convocation President, Executive Board member, Lay Delegate for Diocesan Annual Convention, and Safeguarding God's Children trainer. Please join us in extending thanks for Sharon's ministry and wishing her all the best in her next ventures!

Trustees Transaction Requests Due 8/31
The deadline for parishes wishing to deposit funds into, request the withdrawal of funds from, or make other account changes with Trustees of the Funds is August 31. Forms and any checks to be deposited are due 30 days prior to the end of the quarter.
Completed forms can be scanned and emailed to Neil Divers, Diocesan Bookkeeper, at ndivers@dioswva.org; faxed to (540) 343-9114; or mailed to Attn: Trustees of the Funds, PO Box 2279, Roanoke, VA 24009. Please send any checks to be deposited to the post office box.
