Almighty and everlasting God, who gave to your apostle Bartholomew grace truly to believe and to preach your Word: Grant that your Church may love what he believed and preach what he taught; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
We will have Morning and Evening Prayer via FaceBook live at 6 am and 9 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The services will be on the group page for The Appalachian Alliance of Episcopal Parishes. It is an open group, and if I have not sent an invitation to you, please feel free to join.
Safeguarding God's Children training will be offered online via Zoom on Tuesday, Aug. 30 from 7–9 pm and Thursday, Nov. 10 from 7–9 pm Teachers, youth leaders, and others working with children and youth must have this certification renewed every three years in accordance with diocesan policies.
